At no time does Gift Hut hold your credit card information Freight Gift Hut uses a weight system to determine shipping prices. All goods are weighed and tiered into weight categories. When you get to the shopping cart, we will tell you the number of goods and there total weight. Gift hut uses Australia post for most national and international deliveries. We endeavor to bring you the cheapest possible rates. Returns Our priority is to get your gift to you as soon as we can and in the best possible condition. But some time’s for various reasons this may not happen. If your item has been damaged in the post, or is is defective in some way, we are happy for you to return the item, the item in question must be returned to us in 7 working days, unused and in it’s original packaging/freight. To return your item you must notify Gift Hut by phone or by emailing us at admin@gifthut.com.au with a brief message explaining the problem. Gift Hut will in return give you an authorization number that will enable us to keep track of the process. Please do not return goods until you have been given your authorization number.
In the instance that the item is defective or there is some fault on our behalf, we will be more than happy to refund or Exchange the goods. Please note that refunds will only be returned in the same form of payment as the initial transaction was made, and at the purchased price. All products being returned need to be sent via the postage service offered in your country.
